How Genjutsu AI collects, uses and protects your data
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what data Genjutsu AI ("we") collects when you use genjutsuai.cc and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and picture.
- Photos you upload: the main character photo and crowd photo you provide for each video.
- Generated videos: the videos created from your photos.
- Payment data: purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive the purchase record (amount, date, status) but never your full card details.
- Usage data: basic logs and analytics such as pages visited, device and browser type, used to keep the Service running and improve it.
How we use your data
- To create your account and sign you in.
- To generate your videos. Your photos are sent to our AI video model infrastructure providers only for the purpose of generating your video.
- To show your videos in History and let you download them.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and provide support.
- To send essential emails such as email verification and password reset.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
Storage and retention
Your photos and videos are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure and are visible only to you. You can ask us to delete specific videos and photos, or delete your account in Settings, which removes your account data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run Genjutsu AI (hosting, storage, email delivery, payments, AI video generation, analytics), under their own privacy and security terms, or when required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email support@genjutsuai.cc and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Genjutsu AI is not intended for children and you must not upload photos of minors.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
